The CBTrail House is a Full Service Vacation Rental appointed and maintained at a level you would expect only at a high end hotel or bed and breakfast.
This home accommodates Groups from 1 to 18, reservations are taken on a first come first serve basis.
-Smaller groups are welcome to reserve a portion of the home privately on a prorated basis. Check out our prorated options: Rates vary as our combinations vary with overall amenities offered. Rent one or any combination of our heavenly appointed room types: Choose or combine Grand Master Suite, Master Suite, Queen Suite, or Private Balcony Suite.
The whole property offers up to 6 bedrooms each with their own private bath, sleeping a total of 18 people!!: 1 King room with 2 twins in loft, 1 queen room with two full beds and two single beds in a loft, 1 queen room with a kitchenette and 2 more queen rooms. Total beds: 1 King, 4 Queens, 2 Fulls, and 2 Singles.
The CBTrailHouse is a unique vacation property offering a layout containing two separate units. Our display of different prices for different rooms does not imply that more than one group can rent rooms in a unit at the same time, but is intended to breakdown the cost for smaller groups. The CBTrailHouse has the potential to occasionally serve two separate groups simultaneously, one in each unit. Occasionally, both units can be rented by an individual or group at the same time, (or) each of the two units can be rented by separate individuals or groups at the same time. Reservations are taken on a first come first serve basis.
