The CBTrailHouse is a unique vacation property offering a layout containing two separate units. Our display of different prices for different rooms does not imply that more than one group can rent rooms in a unit at the same time, but is intended to break down the cost for smaller groups. The CBTrailHouse has the potential to occasionally serve two separate groups simultaneously, one in each unit. Occasionally, both units can be rented by an individual or group at the same time, (or) each of the two units can be rented by separate individuals or groups at the same time. Reservations are taken on a first come first serve basis.
